L. Vrukodhar, M.Tech (Civil)
An Expert Senior Civil Engineer worked in various capacities in the Civil Engineering Department of APSRTC and retired as Chief Civil Engineer from APSRTC. He has the experience of about 34 years in various types of works viz., Execution of RCC Buildings (with services like interiors, Air conditioning, Landscaping), Steel structures, Roads, Bridges and Drainage & Sewerage works. Executed works to a tune of Rs. 80 Crores. Introduced the innovative schemes like development of vacant sites with public and private participation, DOT and BOT schemes and generated revenue to a tune of Rs. 7 Crores per annum. The schemes conceived by him are likely to generate several Crores of revenue to APSRTC on their completion. Having professional expertise to take up projects of any nature from conception to the completion stage.

Vrukodhar has selected as Team Leaders, West zone and Engineering materials Expert/Structural Engineer respectively by Engineering Staff College of India for conducting third party Quality assurance for Civil works and related works being implemented by Municipal Administrative Department, Govt. of AP under APUSP Project.
